Hershey Theatre is delighted to announce that individual tickets are on sale now for The Notebook, coming to Hershey, Pa., for eight performances on Feb. 3-7, 2027.

Based on the best-selling novel that inspired the iconic film, The Notebook tells the story of Allie and Noah, both from different worlds, who share a lifetime of love despite the forces that threaten to pull them apart.

The Notebook is directed by Michael Greif (Dear Evan Hansen, Next to Normal, RENT) and Schele Williams (The Wiz, Aida) and features music and lyrics by multi-platinum singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson, book by Bekah Brunstetter (NBC's "This Is Us"), and choreography by Katie Spelman.

About The Creative Team

  • Ingrid Michaelson (Music and Lyrics): Michaelson is a New York-based indie-pop singer-songwriter known for hits such as "Girls Chase Boys" and "The Way I Am." She has released nine studio albums and earned an Emmy nomination for her work on the TV show "Little Fires Everywhere."
  • Bekah Brunstetter (Book): Brunstetter is a North Carolina playwright and TV writer best known for NBC's "This Is Us" and Netflix's "Maid."
  • Nicholas Sparks (Author of Original Book): Sparks is a bestselling American author from North Carolina. He is best known for writing romance novels, including The Notebook (1996), which launched his career. He has sold more than 105 million books worldwide, with 11 film adaptations.
  • Michael Greif (Co-Director): Greif is a four-time Tony-nominated Broadway director known for groundbreaking musicals, including RENT, Next to Normal, and Dear Evan Hansen.
  • Schele Williams (Co-Director): Williams is a Broadway director and former performer (RENT, Aida). She directed the 2024 Broadway revival of The Wiz and the Disney revival of Aida.
  • Katie Spelman (Choreographer): Spelman is a Broadway choreographer whose previous work includes productions at regional theaters nationwide and as an associate choreographer for Broadway shows like Moulin Rouge! and Once.

2026-27 Broadway Series

The Notebook joins three other Broadway touring productions included in the 2026-27 Broadway Series programming, presented by Bobby Rahal Lexus Dealers, at Hershey Theatre.
