NEXT WEEK: Senate HELP Committee to Hold Hearing on 340B Drug Program, Impact on American Patients
WASHINGTON - On Thursday, October 23, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will hold a hearing to evaluate the growth of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and its impact on patients. Since 2023, Cassidy has been investigating how covered entities use and generate 340B revenue to benefit low-income patients.
