CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST : EEAS/DELMUSV/2026/OP/MVP/006 : Technical Security upgrade 2026 – Supply and Installation of Equipment

The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Mauritius and to the Republic of Seychelles intends to procure the following services: supply and installation of security and access control equipment for its offices located in Port-Louis.

The equipment to be procured and installed includes the following:

1. X-ray machine
2. Walk-through metal detector
3. Handheld metal detector
4. SAS (air-lock mechanism) doors
5. Emergency exit doors
6. Public address system
7. Intrusion detection system
8. Panic alarm system
9. Access control system

Suppliers may express interest in providing and installing all the above items or only part of them.

Should your company be interested in participating in this tender, we would be grateful if you could confirm:

1. whether you would be interested in taking part in the tender procedure;
2. which item(s) you would be able to supply and install; and
3. any relevant experience your company may have in similar projects.
