Whether you are a new user, an experienced submitter, or simply check the status of events, we invite you to join our upcoming webinar on the Conference Vetting System (CVS) and e4ethics.

This training is designed to provide clarity and practical guidance for all users. The session will be divided into two key parts:

(1) Understanding the Conference Vetting System (CVS)/e4ethics assessment criteria: Is the event in scope of CVS/e4ethics? Based on what is the assessment done? A certain venue was approved in the past, why is it not approved for this event? What is the seasonality?

(2) The event submission process: How to submit an event? How to check the status? What do I need to submit? What are the submission timelines? What are the assessment timelines?

The webinar will take place on 27 November 2025, from 14:00 to 16:00.
