CRANSTON, RI - As the summer travel season gets underway, the office of U.S. Representative Seth Magaziner (RI-02), in partnership with the Boston Passport Agency, assisted nearly 130 Rhode Islanders today at the Cranston Public Library with passport applications, renewals, passport photos, and general questions about U.S. Department of State services.
"Part of my job is making sure the federal government is accessible and works for the people I am elected to serve," said Magaziner. "I'm pleased to bring these services directly to Rhode Islanders and make it easier for them to apply for and receive a passport."
Rep. Magaziner's office assists constituents with a wide range of issues involving federal agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Department of State.
Rhode Islanders who need assistance with a federal agency can contact Rep. Magaziner's office by visiting magaziner.house.gov/services/help-federal-agency or by calling (401) 244-1201.
