The City of Dublin Housing Division is pleased to announce the availability of four new below market rate (BMR) duet homes in the Francis Ranch development. The three-bedroom duets range in size from 1,795 to 1,839 square feet and feature an attached two-car garage. They are priced at $576,615 for households with 3-6 persons. Francis Ranch is located near schools, shopping, parks, and public transportation.
A total of 18 Moderate Income BMRs will be available between 2025 and 2027, 14 three-bedroom duets and four (4), four-bedroom townhomes.
Trumark will accept applications for the initial four duets through October 31, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.
To apply for a Francis Ranch BMR , submit a BMR Pre-qualification Application, a Loan Pre-approval (from Trumark's lenders or a lender of choice after the initial pre-approval), and show proof of preference point documentation when requested and if applicable.
