Greenberg Traurig’s Nicholas A. Corsano to Present at CenterForce Employment’s Law and HR Summit

NEW YORK - Sept. 16, 2025 -Nicholas A. Corsano, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Labor & Employment Practice in New York, will serve as a panelist at CenterForce's Employment Law & HR Summit: New York. The event will take place Sept. 17 at Ease in New York City. Greenberg Traurig is a sponsor of the event.

Corsano's panel, titled "Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation: Complying with NY's Expansive Protections," will discuss how to manage rising retaliation claims in remote and hybrid workplaces under New York City and New York State human rights laws. The panel also will share legal and human resources strategies for handling complex complaints such as harassment, bullying, and disabilities; discuss recent case law, liability trends, and proactive recordkeeping; and response protocols to reduce legal exposure.

Corsano focuses his practice on federal and state labor and employment litigation and counseling. He advises clients on employment disputes involving Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related state/local statutes pertaining to wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment and other employment regulations. He has experience handling actions brought through alternative dispute resolution programs, state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Corsano also counsels clients on a variety of labor and employment matters such as leave requirements, disability accommodations, complex employment agreements, employment policies and procedures, employee discharge and discipline, and he conducts trainings to combat harassment and promote a more inclusive workplace.
