    Cynthia Sisco, 72, unhoused, was placed under arrest for Defacing Property following a disturbance at a Prospect St. business. Store employee reported that Sisco had been walking up and down aisles yelling while purposely knocking numerous items off of shelves, causing damage.

Police responded to a Norfolk St. building where a victim reported that Laing had threatened them with a knife while making comments about their sexual orientation and damaging property.
