Meeting with the UNICEF Representative in Tajikistan

On 4 September 2026, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Idibek Kalandar met with the Representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Tajikistan, Ms.Gabrielle Yvonne Akimova.

During the meeting the current state and prospects of cooperation between Tajikistan and UNICEF in the areas of protecting children's rights and interests, maternal and child health, education and social protection were discussed.
