CTIA Files Comments Responding to Auction 115 Comment PN

CTIA filed the attached comments in response to the FCC's Auction 115 Comment Public Notice seeking comment on the procedures for the auction of Upper C-band licenses. In the comments, CTIA asks the FCC to minimize the length of the quiet period during which the rule prohibiting certain communications is in effect to minimize the compliance burden on all auction participants without compromising the integrity of the auction. We also suggest that the FCC schedule a minimum of four rounds per day and rely on the number of rounds per day to pace the auction.
