Pop Culture And Spirits Multi-Hyphenate Fred Minnick Teams Up With Nfl Hall Of Famer Jared Allen For New Podcast 'Fourth & Neat'

Spirits expert and bestselling author Fred Minnick joins forces with NFL Hall of Famer Jared Allen for a brand-new, unfiltered podcast called Fourth & Neat, where bold conversations meet bolder personalities. The show dives deep into sports, music, business, media, masculinity, whiskey, viral stories in pop culture and everything in between -- all with blunt takes and unexpected humor.

In its inaugural episode, co-hosts Minnick and Allen cover topics like radioactive shrimp, beaver gland bourbon, the Minnesota Vikings, professional wrestling and more.

"Jared is such an eclectic human with a passion for food, and I think Fourth & Neatis our way of sharing our passions on the most random elements of our life," says Minnick. "We obviously talk about our passion points--bourbon, football, jiu jitsu and wrestling, but we will also give our opinions on crazy culture moments, such as radioactive shrimp recalls, the Disney rash and the latest Karen-gone-wrong moment."

"I'm excited to try out this podcasting thing with my buddy Fred," adds Allen. "I've always enjoyed being a guest on Fred's podcast, so when he asked to join up it made sense. I hope everyone enjoys our insights and takes on current and random events. I hope we can be entertaining for the audience once a week."

Minnick and Allen's relationship goes back to 2020, when Allen first appeared on The Fred Minnick Show to talk about his love of bourbon, football and more. Allen has since been a guest on Minnick's podcast and made an appearance at Minnick's Big Game Bourbon event in New Orleans earlier this year to celebrate his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction. Now, the two are coming together for a new podcast that will welcome a variety of celebrity guests. This week's episode features Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson.

Episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays at 2 PM EST on the podcast's YouTube channel, and fans can also listen in on fourthneat.com.
