A new generation of core formation: ACCURO-FLTM

From Pantyliners to Adult Diapers - a fluid absorbing core is the basis of any Personal Care product. Our new drumformer technology ACCURO-FL™ is a step-change to reach new levels of efficiency in material and energy, as well as process stability in any personal care production.

High-precision airflow unlocks new possibilities in fibre distribution, creating a more uniform core than conventional formation processes, while being more energy efficient. ACCURO-FL™ reduces drumformer fan energy consumption by up to 70%, depending on material and product shape.

High-density cores produced with ACCURO-FL™ provide a more balanced SAP distribution than conventional cores - they are softer, thinner and smoother.
