Contracts For Jan. 8, 2026

AIR FORCE

Insight Pacific LLC, Brea, California, was awarded a ceiling $15,000,000,000 firm-fixed-price, multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Air Force Civil Engineering Center construction services. This contract provides for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services, including the following work classifications: sustainment maintenance, sustainment repair, restoration, modernization, minor construction, MILCON construction, other procurement construction, and demolition located at various locations worldwide. Work will be performed globally and is expected to be completed July 6, 2035. These contracts were competitive acquisitions, and 33 offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Joint Base Lackland-San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity. (FA8903-26-D-0002)

NAVY

General Electric Aerospace, Lynn, Massachusetts, is awarded $1,421,446,110 modification (P00003) to a firm-fixed-price contract (N0001924C0019). This contract definitizes Lots Nine and 10 and adds scope for Lots 11-13 for a combined quantity of 277 T408-GE-400 turboshaft engines in support of CH-53K full-rate production aircraft for the Marine Corps, as well as provides associated programmatic support. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts (labor surplus area), and is expected to be completed by September 2032. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $219,605,186 and Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $277,805,828 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Missions Systems, Liverpool, New York, was awarded a $22,595,257 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only modification to the previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-5510) to exercise an option for AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Design Agent Engineering, Incidental Material, and Travel. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Canada. Work will be performed in Liverpool, New York, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2029. Fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,300,000 (67%), FMS (Canada) funds in the amount of $545,000 (16%), Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $500,000 (14%), and Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $105,000 (3%) will be obligated at the time of award, of which $500,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Company, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $16,900,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-23-C-5408) for the MK698 Autopilot Test Station in support of the STANDARD Missile 2 (SM-2) All-Up Round. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (69%); Irvine, California (16%); Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (4%); San Diego, California (3%); Phoenix, Arizona (2%) and various locations across the U.S., each less than 1% (6%) and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2029. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) in the amount of $16,900,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Innovative Professional Solutions Inc.,* Panama City Beach, Florida, is awarded a $13,631,598 firm-fixed price/cost-only contract for fabrication and installation of minesweeping winches. This contract includes supplies for the government of the Republic of Korea (100%) under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania (85%), Panama City, Florida (5%), Norfolk, Virginia (5%), and Busan, Korea (5%), and is expected to be completed by June 2030. FMS (Korea) funds in the amount of $13,631,598 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida, is the contracting activity (N61331-26-C-0001).

Lake Union Drydock Co.* (LUDC), Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $12,683,144 firm-fixed-price contract for the maintenance, repair and preservation of YTT-10 (YTT-9 Cape Flattery-class torpedo trials craft) service life extension program. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $13,065,983. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by March 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $12,683,144 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, and one offer was received. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, Washington, is the contracting activity (N4523A26C1001).

ARMY

M1 Support Services LP, Denton, Texas, was awarded a $68,822,271 modification (P00206) to contract W9124G-17-C-0104 for Army and Air Force aviation maintenance. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $5,522,349,151. Work will be performed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 15, 2027. Army funds were not obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Chandler Construction Services Inc., Ninety Six, South Carolina, was awarded a $16,471,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the furnishing, installing, and placing into successful operation of water main pipe. The amount of this action is $16,471,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, civil funds in the amount of $16,471,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, is the contracting activity (W912HP-26-C-A002).
