This comprehensive professional development program equips current and aspiring Public Information Officers with the critical skills needed to excel in today's complex information environment. Designed for communications professionals across public safety, emergency management, and government sectors, this training builds expertise in strategic messaging, crisis communications and media management.

The course addresses the full spectrum of PIO responsibilities, from proactive public education and community engagement to high-stakes crisis communications and incident management.
