Dover - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the opening of the newly constructed roundabout at the intersection of Kenton Road and Central Church Road. The intersection will be open to traffic this evening, Friday, August 28th. The remaining construction will be completed under temporary intermittent lane closures.
