Drew: There's a bag coming in it's for Anne, for Annie hold on oh there it is thank you so much. Just in case a trip to the hospital has to get made. We made you a go bag.
Anne: This is beautiful and it's full of my favorite things. This is a CD that my brother got me when I turned 12 on my birthday. Thank you so much, and, this is -
Drew: Because labor can last. And we got you some cozies, and I didn't want you guys to not have anything, so we made you, this 'Anne is having a baby' t-shirt.
Josh Hartnett on His Pharmacist Being A Huge "Verity" Fan
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/5OI9DTjDhLpJ
Drew: Is it true, Josh, that like you were at a pharmacy recently and people like flocked to you and were they Colleen Hoover fans and the fans of the book and then what did they say?
Josh: Well, my pharmacist, she stopped in the middle of giving me, I had to get some antibiotics for my kids and I don't know her, but she knew who I was and she was like, 'You're gonna be in Verity. My sister and I have both read Verity. We love Verity. When does it come out?' And I was like, 'October 2nd' and she's like, 'Oh my God, we're gonna buy tickets right now. I cannot wait. What about this? What about that?' I was like, 'I gotta take this home. I gotta take this home to my kids.'
Anne on Her Kissing Scene with Dakota Johnson and Dakota's Scream on Set
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/fhAsRiMcQO1a
Anne: So what I remember when we were talking about how to get the kind of that that's so wrong, it's right like psychosexual layer in there. And this idea of like well, couldn't it be, you know, Dakota was kissing Josh and then all of a sudden it's me. And then we've thought about the scene because when we get together I bite him like maybe we do that and it just shows that I'm inside of her head and you loved that so the plan was to shoot that but then on the day the thing that I remember so vividly is you know we're shooting it, we're shooting it and right at the end you go 'Dakota scream' and she goes, 'Really?' And you said yeah and she just let one rip. That was an all time curdling. You knew it, I knew it. We were all just sitting there and we were just like, I'm never gonna forget that.
Well, because also that image of you with the blood on your teeth is very scary.
Drew: And sexy.
Michael: And sexy.
Memory Bank with Anne Hathway

Drew: Here's you in your witch costume, that's a preview.
Anne: I can't turn around. Hey, what am I doing.
Drew: Where's that from?
Anne: I think I'm like, I think I'm about 3 there. We were living in Brooklyn and this is so amazing, so like for birthday parties there was an entertainer that all the kids had and I remember that one year we couldn't afford the entertainer so my dad dressed up as the entertainer and that was his wig. So then I became a goofy witch.
Drew: I love it.
Anne: And the character never left.
Anne on Asking Her Husband Adam to Travel with Her for a Premiere as Their First Date
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/W51oOHMvFAT5
Anne: I asked Adam out.
Drew: You did? What gave you the moxie to do so?
Anne: I liked him. And it was just this thing where like I had to go somewhere and we've been hanging out like just getting to know each other and it was kind of an unusual thing to do and I didn't know that many people in LA and I just thought to myself, 'I'm gonna have the best time with this guy Adam.' And so I just called him up and asked if he wanted to go with me on a plane to go to the New Orleans premiere of 'Rachel Getting Married' and he did.
Drew: Wait, you literally were like, can you be my date to the premiere?
Anne: I didn't say date. I said, do you, are you interested in going? And it was interesting and then a, mutual friend that we had called me and she's like, 'Whoa, is this a date?' And I said, 'I don't really know.' And she said, 'That's what he said.' So she said, 'What, you know, this, what is this? And what happens if you get there and you don't like each other?' And I said, 'You know, if we don't like each other, it'll be 24 hours out of both of our lives, and if we do like each other, I don't know, we'll probably get married.'
Drew: Thank God you did this.
Anne on Not Being Able to Eat Hot Wings Because of Her Pregnancy
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/6FzVEdFP3bhc
Anne: I watched this man eat a plate full of hot wings rather than look at old photos of himself.
Drew: Is it true that you couldn't do hot wings because of the pregnancy?
Anne: That is very accurate.
Drew: I mean, I love that protection of you. I wouldn't have even thought of that.
Anne: Well, I have experience with it.
Drew: Understood, yeah, understood.
Anne: So I just thought we're not there yet where we can accidentally set this thing off.
Michael Showalter on "Wet Hot American Summer" and Not Knowing How Big the Cast Would Become
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/GS86oAWmAAMV
Drew: What comes to your mind when you see this picture, Michael?
Michael: We had a great time making that movie. We had a great time.
Drew: Did you know when you were making it that you were truly making a defining cult classic?
Michael: Of course not. We were just trying to make a movie and get our careers started, you know, we were just trying to get our foot in the door.
Anne: Can I ask you a question I've never asked. You have the most insane cast in that. Were they all friends of yours?
Michael: Some were. Bradley Cooper auditioned, as far as I know it was Bradley Cooper's very first audition. And he had come in from, like an acting class and he was all sweaty. I remember he was like he had like run across town and was like all sweaty and you know there was something very special about him right off the bat. Other people, Amy Poehler we knew, but you know she wasn't Amy Poehler yet but we knew how talented she was, Chris Meloni, and you know Janine Garofalo was like the big star of the movie. Paul Rudd.
Drew: Oh my God, Paul Rudd is brilliant.
Michael: Paul Rudd had done 'Clueless' but really not much else. I mean it was like no one knew anything, you know, we were just honestly just a bunch of young people in New York, kind of friends enjoying just hey, let's get a bunch of people together and make a movie, and no one could have imagined that the cast would, would turn out to be Elizabeth Banks and Amy Poehler and all these people and it was, it's crazy.
