The City of Tampa Mayor's Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Advisory Council will host Tampa's 2nd Annual Asian Film Screening on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Hillsborough Community College's Performing Arts Main Stage Theatre in Ybor City.
This year's feature presentation, HOME COURT, tells the powerful story of Ashley Chea, a Cambodian American basketball standout whose journey embodies perseverance, identity, and legacy within the AAPI community.
Guests are invited to arrive early for red carpet photos and Asian-inspired refreshments beginning at 5:00 p.m.
The Tampa Asian Film Series is presented by the City of Tampa Mayor's Asian American Pacific Islander Advisory Council in celebration of cultural diversity.
