First Service Bank is pleased to welcome Allison Baker back to the organization as Lending Relationship Officer.
In this role, Baker will lead and support the Bank's Lending Relationship Team, building on the Bank's existing lending processes to enhance efficiency and strengthen collaboration between frontline lending and back-office loan operations. The team provides essential support through communication, documentation, and coordination, helping loan requests move accurately and efficiently from application through closing.
Baker will focus on developing the team and supporting the strong working relationships that connect each step of the lending process. These efforts reflect the Bank's commitment to working together to deliver responsive, personalized service with a shared goal: helping customers succeed.
"We are thrilled to welcome Allison back to First Service Bank," said Robin Hackett. "Her extensive banking experience, strong leadership skills, and genuine passion for serving others make her an excellent addition to our team. Allison understands our culture and shares our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers, associates and communities. We look forward to seeing the positive impact she will make in this new role."
A native of Marshall, Arkansas, Baker brings 12 years of banking experience spanning consumer, construction, mortgage, and commercial lending, as well as loan assistance, branch management, and teller operations. Most recently, she served for six and a half years as Financial Center Manager III at Simmons Bank's Marshall branch, where she led a team of six associates. Baker previously spent more than three years with First Service Bank.
Baker is actively involved in her community as a member of Leslie Assembly of God and the Searcy County Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as an airport commissioner for the Searcy County Airport Board and is a 2027-2028 Arkansas Bankers Association Ascending Bankers Board member. Her volunteer activities include the Searcy County Fair and Shop with a Cop.
"The people and culture are what brought me back to First Service Bank," Baker said. "I have a genuine passion for serving others, and I believe First Service Bank provides a strong platform for making a meaningful difference in the banking industry and the communities we serve. I am excited to support our associates, improve processes and help make banking easier for our customers."
