The DC Housing Authority (DCHA) Office of Procurement invites current and prospective vendors and contractors to Vendor Connect 2025 on Friday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at the EnVision Center at 203 N Street SW, Washington DC 20024.
If you are a vendor that is interested in attending Vendor Connect 2025, please RSVP by completing this form by Monday, September 22.
Vendor Connect 2025 will offer an overview of DCHA's procurement process and explain how to successfully and seamlessly do business with DCHA.
DCHA staff will review requirements for contractors, such as Section 3, insurance and workers' compensation. Attendees will also learn more about the bidding process, including understanding the scope of work and solicitation requirements; the contracting process; expectations after a contract is awarded; and the invoice submission process. Staff will answer any questions and explain how to register with DCHA and Housing Agency Marketplace.
Details about current and upcoming contracting opportunities will also be available.
