Members who are enrolled in Moda and traveling have access to a comprehensive network of providers nationwide through the Aetna PPO Network.

When traveling outside the area, you will want to seek services from the Aetna PPO Network of providers. To find providers, go to https://www.modahealth.com/findcare. You will want to search by network and select the Aetna PPO network from the drop down menu and you will be redirected to the Aetna provider directory.

Travel Assistance available at no cost to you through The Standard

Things can happen on the road. Passports get stolen or lost. Unforeseen events or circumstances derail travel plans. Medical problems surface at the most inconvenient times. Travel Assistance can help you navigate these issues and more at any time of the day or night.

City Employees and their spouse are covered with Travel Assistance - and so are kids through age 25 - with your group insurance from Standard Insurance Company (The Standard).

Travel Assistance can help employees and their families prepare for trips and during critical situations while away from home. The program can assist you in finding qualified medical providers, legal services, or with the replacement of lost credit cards and passports. Travel Assistance is not Travel Insurance, but provides for specific support services while traveling.
