Greenberg Traurig Advised Vinci on its Investment in ElevenLabs

WARSAW - 18 June 2026 - Greenberg Traurig advised Vinci on its investment in the extended Series D round of ElevenLabs.

Through the USD 11 million investment, Vinci, the investment firm of the BGK Group, became the first Polish institutional investor in ElevenLabs, joining existing investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital and BlackRock. ElevenLabs is valued at USD 11 billion.

The investment forms the basis for AI Lab Poland, an ecosystem connecting capital, technology, research and talent, intended to support Polish AI start-ups with global potential.

The Greenberg Traurig team in Warsaw was led by Local Partner Przemysław Furmaga, supported by Senior Associate Andrzej Dunikowski. The Greenberg Traurig US team was led by Partner Preston Barclay, with Partner David Greenberg, Of Counsel Sandy Chiu and Associate Dario Ciapponi.

Vinci is an investment firm within the BGK Group, managing two funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital, with combined capital of PLN 1.1 billion at its disposal.
