LOS ANGELES, June 2, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Aaron Fierstein has rejoined the firm's Los Angeles office as senior director investments.

With more than 28 years of experience specializing in multifamily sales, acquisitions and 1031 exchanges, Fierstein has successfully facilitated more than $600 million in property transactions within Southern California. He completed his first $16 million sale within a few months of starting his commercial real estate career and has continued to maintain a strong track record advising clients across the region. His transaction history includes multiple multifamily portfolios in Torrance totaling more than 280 units; two of Hawthorne's largest multifamily properties, with 187 and 131 units, respectively; a 109-unit property in Gardena; and two 80-unit multifamily portfolios in Inglewood.
