Fountain Digital Now Fully Qualified Yardi® Ecosystem Partner

LeadingAge Bronze Partner with CAST Focus Yardi®, a leading provider of connected real estate software solutions, has added Fountain Digital to its approved network as a fully qualified Yardi® Standard Interface Vendor. With this interface, companies using Yardi Voyager® can access their property management system data via the interface with Fountain Digital.

Asbury Communities Launches Voice-Enabled Resident Hotline

Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg, MD, part of LeadingAge CAST Patron Asbury Communities, is launching a voice-enabled resident hotline. JoyLiving by ONSCREEN offers this conversational artificial intelligence (AI)-powered receptionist named Joy. The hotline gives residents a simple and accessible way to receive community information by phone, through a partnership among Asbury, JoyLiving, and ThriveWell Tech.

In April 2026, Joy handled more than 700 resident inquiries at Asbury Methodist Village, automatically resolving seven out of ten without staff intervention. ThriveWell Tech's blog carried the news.
