Experienced Accounting and Financial Advisory Leader Joins Dallas Office to Support Continued Growth Across the Southwest

WilliamsMarston, a national leader in complex accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services, announced that Tom Brunton has joined the firm as an Advisory Partner in its Dallas office. His addition strengthens WilliamsMarston's Advisory practice and expands the firm's capabilities across the Southwest region.

Brunton brings more than 15 years of accounting and financial advisory experience, helping clients navigate complex business challenges and achieve their strategic objectives. His expertise includes IPO readiness, audit support, operational and technical accounting, purchase price allocations, divestitures, financial reporting, and accounting gap assessments and implementations.

Before joining WilliamsMarston, Brunton spent more than six years at Armanino, where he built and led the firm's Finance and Accounting Advisory practice in Dallas before taking responsibility for the Advisory practice nationally. Earlier, he held advisory leadership roles at Great Northern Advisory and Riveron Consulting and began his career in PwC's Private Company Services Audit practice.
