Honigman recently represented Kelso Industries, a portfolio company of Peterson Partners, in connection with its acquisition of Randall Construction.
Founded in 1986 by Jeff Condello, Randall Construction is a Florida-based contractor providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural metals services.
The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Alexander Whang, and Michael Rhoad, and Associates Lea Glenn and Lillian Huff, with support from Finance Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associate Kylie Densmore-Slinkman.
