Nielsen and Thomas recognized by Visit Boise
Denise Neilsen, a Bronco Shuttle driver, and Paige Thomas, ticketing operations manger for the Morrison Center, were honored with Recognition of Service Excellence, or ROSE, Awards by Visit Boise, the tourism division of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
The ROSE Awards honor exceptional employees in the tourism and hospitality industry who enhance the visitor experience. The awards cover several categories and are presented to employees who provide exemplary service, Visit Boise said.
