Join us for CU Innovation Day: Deep roots, new routes

CU Innovation Day, set for Sept. 14, brings together innovators, entrepreneurs, artists, researchers and leaders from across CU and Colorado to celebrate CU's 150th anniversary and imagine what's next.

The 1-5 p.m. event at History Colorado Center in Denver features a keynote with Ibotta founder Bryan Leach, as well as Inspiration Hall's showcase of over 60 CU innovators, networking, awards and more.

Don't miss CU and the Futures of Art in the Rocky Mountain West, a 3-4 p.m. conversation exploring Colorado's growing creative moment as the state prepares to welcome the Sundance Film Festival. The panel brings together an extraordinary mix of voices: Sundance Film Festival's Jeff Levine; nationally recognized film critic and CU Denver instructor Walter Chaw; boundary-pushing UCCS artist Ben Kinsley; and CU Boulder's Beth Osnes, whose work blends theater, environmental studies and climate science.

Moderated by Colorado Creative Industries' Josh Blanchard, the conversation will explore what happens when art, technology, higher education and community come together, and what Colorado's creative future could look like.

RSVP is required for CU Innovation Day.
