To ask the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health (a) when was the last salary review of allied health professionals held; (b) what were some of the key findings and recommendations; and (c) whether the Government can provide an update on some of the follow-up actions taken since then. 

Answer

1 The last salary review of allied health professionals (AHPs) in public healthcare institutions was implemented in July 2025. AHPs received increases of up to 7% to their monthly base salaries.

2 MOH will continue monitoring the review of the remuneration packages of healthcare workers regularly to ensure market competitiveness.
