Lane Partners has submitted a Phase 2 proposal for the Parkline masterplan project, which was approved in fall 2025. The approved project included the redevelopment of the SRI campus located at 333 Ravenswood Ave. with:

  • 800 residential units (251 below market rate units) including 46 town-home style units;
  • 12 acres of publicly accessible open space, with approximately 2.6 acres of dedicated parkland;
  • Up to 925,000 square feet of office/R&D space; and
  • A 40,000-square-foot office amenity building.

The Phase 2 proposal would modify the master plan project to increase the number of housing units and add community-serving retail space. The proposal includes

  • An increase of 282 residential units for a total of 1,082 units (293 below market rate units) including 220 single-family homes and 108 townhomes;
  • 14 acres of publicly accessible open space, with more than 6 acres of dedicated parkland;
  • Approximately 901,493 square feet of office/R&D space; and
  • Approximately 40,629 square feet of retail space.

The City is currently reviewing the project to determine the project's application completeness.
