Beer Board Inspection Request & Readiness Certification Form
Effective immediately, all requests for Beer Board Initial Inspections, Pre-Inspections, and Retail Liquor Measurements must be submitted through the Beer Board Inspection Request & Readiness Certification form after the applicable application has been submitted through ePermits.
Inspection and measurement requests should no longer be submitted by emailing [email protected].

Once a request has been submitted, the assigned Beer Board Inspector will contact the designated representative to schedule the inspection or measurement.
