M-19 lane closure for resurfacing begins Sept. 1 in St. Clair County

SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing approximately $396,000 to resurface 1.5 miles of M-19 from the northern city limit of Yale to Fisher Road in St. Clair County.
