Orlando, Fla. (September 1, 2026) - Foundry Commercial's Orlando Industrial team has been named one of GlobeSt.'s 2026 Industrial Influencers, a national recognition honoring individuals and teams making a lasting impact on the industrial sector of commercial real estate.
Led by Partner Justin Ruby, this team also includes Partners Joey Woodman and Lawson Dann; Senior Vice President Jerod Freeland; Vice President Travis Hammond; and Senior Associate Charles Attaway. Marketing support is provided by Senior Marketing Associate Heather Osting and Marketing Associate Paige Mungall.
The recognition follows a period of significant growth for the team. In 2025, the group closed more than 120 deals and leased north of 3.5 million square feet of industrial space, with production climbing more than 120% between 2022 and 2025. The majority of the team's new Class-A leasing portfolio has been sourced through off-market deals, the product of a proactive, relationship-driven approach that positions the team to identify opportunities before they reach the broader market.
Members of the Orlando industrial team attribute much of that momentum to how the group operates: as one unified team that shares every deal, win, and loss collectively, with each member cross-trained to contribute across multiple facets of the business. Working in close partnership with Foundry's marketing and data team, the group develops highly personalized business development and brokerage strategies for clients in an industry often viewed as transactional.
"Our team works closely together on every assignment, sharing insights and perspectives to keep our clients' goals at the forefront," said Ruby. "We're incredibly grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us over the years, and we value the opportunity to continue working alongside them as their needs evolve."
