The Foreign Minister held a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan

On July 27, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Beybut Atamkulov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that the Ambassador's tenure in Uzbekistan coincided with an important historic period in Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan relations. In particular, it was noted that the Treaty on Allied Relations between the two states was signed on December 22, 2022.

Sincere gratitude was expressed to the Ambassador for his significant personal contribution to strengthening friendship, good-neighborliness, and allied relations between the two brotherly countries.

It was also noted that the diplomat's contribution was highly recognized by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who awarded him the "Dustlik" (Friendship) Order.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Beybut Atamkulov was recognized as a sincere friend of Uzbekistan and a distinguished diplomat, and best wishes were extended for his future endeavors.
