Pavement repairs planned for I-27/US 84 frontage road
LUBBOCK-Roadway repairs to the northbound I-27/US 84 frontage road intersection are scheduled to take place on Monday, October 6. Motorists can expect lane closures on both the I-27 and US 84 frontage roads and are asked to drive with caution through the work zone for their safety and the safety of the workers during the operation.
The repair work to remove damaged pavement then pour the concrete surface is expected to be completed on Monday. However, the lanes will remain closed overnight to allow the concrete to cure and is expected to reopen to traffic on Tuesday. Work will take place weather permitting.
