CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00017845 de 14 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía FUROIANI OBRAS Y PROYECTOS S.A. cuya oferta pública de la SÉPTIMA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2020-00004247 del 21 de julio de 2020 por el monto de hasta USD $5'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
