Notice of Intent to Submit Certification of Consistency with the Delta Plan: Delta Conveyance Project
This notice serves to inform all interested parties that the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) intends to submit to the Delta Stewardship Council a Certification of Consistency for the Delta Conveyance Project. Consistent with the Delta Stewardship Council requirements, DWR is posting a draft of the certification at least 10-days prior to formal submission for public review and comment. Please send all comments to [email protected] by October 13, 2025. The draft certification can be found on the Delta Conveyance Project website.
