Extera Building Solutions Acquires N.F. Mansuetto & Sons Inc., Expanding Regional Footprint and Strengthening Market Position

Walton Hills, OH - July 15, 2025: Extera Building Solutions, a leading provider of exterior building services in the Great Lakes Region, today announced it has completed the acquisition of N.F. Mansuetto & Sons Inc., dba Mansuetto Roofing and Sheet Metal, a well-respected provider of commercial roofing services based in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
