Update: Nightly One-Way Traffic Control on State Route-12 (SR-12) for Pavement Rehabilitation

Schedule: September 23, 2026, at 8:00 P.M to 5:00 A.M. the following morning
Solano County - Caltrans Construction continue the pavement rehabilitation project on State Route - 12. Work will consist of repairs and polyester polymer concrete overlay for Union Creek Bridge to Deverton Bridge.
What is Polyester Polymer Concrete Overlay? It is a composite of hardened polyester resin and aggregates applied over concrete or asphalt surfaces. It is commonly used for bridge decks and roadway repairs to help prolong the life of the roadway.
Work will be nightly starting Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next morning. Motorists are advised to expect delays due to one way traffic control being in place. Work expected to be completed on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
