Taste of Downtown Brings Local Bites to Downtown Fairfield on July 30

Downtown Fairfield's food scene takes center stage Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 4 PM to 7 PM, as Taste of Downtown returns for a summer evening filled with local bites, sweet treats, and community energy.

Presented by the City of Fairfield, this signature food stroll invites guests to enjoy an evening of local flavors, community connection, and downtown energy. Participating restaurants, bars, and sweet shops will offer samples of creative dishes and favorite treats throughout the event.
