Elevate Textiles Releases 2026 Sustainability Report

Updates progress on key commitments, collaborations, and sustainable innovations

CHARLOTTE, NC (April 22, 2026) - Elevate Textiles, a global provider of advanced, high-quality products and mission critical textile solutions, is pleased to release its 2026 Sustainability report. Elevate and its distinguished brands, American & Efird (A&E), Burlington Industries, Cone Denim, Gütermann, and Safety Components, share updates on sustainability commitments, progress towards achieving goals, and key collaborations.

Within the annual report, Elevate outlines recent actions guided by its Ten Threads of Sustainability, an internal program that shapes the company's sustainable decision-making to best support the achievement of its goals and increase transparency and traceability across our programs. The report shares the company's participation and leadership in industry collaborations and alignment with the UN Global Compact's Ten Principles, specifically highlighting Elevate's actions that directly support UN Sustainable Development Goal commitments.

"We are proud to share that we achieved Elevate's 2025 sustainability targets-most notably for GHG (Greenhouse gases) and water reductions-and we are now very focused on meeting our 2030 targets," said Jimmy Summers, Elevate's Chief Sustainability Officer. "The theme of this year's report is 'Quiet Progress, Lasting Impact' and reflects the constant and sometimes behind-the-scenes work we do to strengthen our practices and drive meaningful impact within our company, our industry, and the world around us. We are on track towards our 2030 SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) GHG goals and will diligently work to make steady progress each month as we take action to overcome known challenges and decarbonize as much as possible."

The 2026 Sustainability Report highlights 2025 achievements across Elevate and its brands, including:

  • Achieved our lowest employee injury rate ever
  • Secured official SBTi validation for 2050 net zero emissions targets while simultaneously revalidating 2030 emissions targets
  • Met our 2025 targets for GHG and water reductions from our 2019 baseline
  • Implemented two new rooftop solar projects and one new Zero Liquid Discharge facility

"I am proud of the work across Elevate and our teams' commitment to responsible product development, manufacturing, and delivery," said Jeffrey P. Pritchett, Elevate's Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board. "Sustainability is truly at the core of Elevate's values, and our achievements demonstrate who we are as a company and the excellence of our teams globally. As leaders in their respective markets, our brands are committed to sustainable practices from development to delivery of our high-quality textile products."
