Taft partner Kim DalSanto spoke at the American Conference Institute's 3rd Annual Summit on PFAS, held May 28-29, at 3 Times Square in New York City.
DalSanto participated in a panel examining how federal agencies are reshaping PFAS regulation under the current administration and what the changes mean for future compliance obligations. Discussion topics included proposed revisions to the TSCA PFAS reporting rule, EPA's continued defense of the CERCLA hazardous substance designation for PFOA and PFOS, and strategies for managing compliance planning amid regulatory volatility.
DalSanto is a partner in Taft's Environmental and Litigation practice groups. She counsels clients on environmental compliance, transactional risk management, and complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on PFAS and other emerging contaminants.
