Four members of the Penn State Altoona women's tennis program were voted to spots on the All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference team, which was announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Head coach Mark Sapita was voted the AMCC's co-Coach of the Year, while student-athletes Lexi Colaianni of Pittsburgh, Daniel Fulton of Milford, DE, and Abigail Morgan of Orrville, OH, were all voted to places on the All-Conference team.
GREENWOOD, Ind. - A combined six Penn State Altoona men's and women's soccer student-athletes were recognized for their academics by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Nov. 25 when the organization released its 2025 NCAA Division III Academic All-District teams in the sport.
To be eligible for a spot on an Academic All-District team, student-athletes must meet certain academic and athletic requirements. Academically, student-athletes must be at least sophomores while holding cumulative grade-point averages of 3.5 or higher. Athletically, players must be starters or key reserves who have played in at least 90 percent of their team's games, or started two thirds of the games. Nominators could submit up to six qualified student-athletes per team.
One Penn State Altoona men's soccer student-athlete and five women's soccer student-athletes were named to the CSC's NCAA Division III Academic All-District teams.
