'Pet of the Week' - Willow

To spread the word about animal adoption and to help these loving animals find fur-ever homes, the City of Lewisville will feature a Pet of the Week each week in this media packet, available for adoption at the Gene Carey Animal Shelter and Adoption Center, 995 E. Valley Ridge.

This week's featured pet is Willow, an eight-month-old female Australian Shepherd mix. Willow is full of puppy-like energy and always ready for her next adventure. She previously lived with cats and has experience sharing her home with feline friends. Willow loves to play, explore, and be part of the action, making her a great fit for an active family looking for a fun-loving companion.

Willow is vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, had flea treatment applied, and sterilized.
