Over the past year, Honigman has represented Broad Reach Retail Partners, a privately held, fully integrated owner and operator of shopping centers, in several notable transactions covering 916,119 square feet of retail space.

Sale of Covington Plaza to Ziff Real Estate Partners: Covington Plaza is a 182,866 square foot community shopping center located on West Jefferson Boulevard, one of Fort Wayne, Indiana's premier retail corridors. The property features a diverse mix of national and local tenants. Broad Reach Retail Partners owned the center for more than a decade, during which it enhanced the tenant mix, stabilized tenancy, and increased occupancy to 92 percent prior to the sale.

Acquisition and Financing of East Park Plaza: East Park Plaza is a 214,029 square foot community shopping center situated along O Street, one of Lincoln, Nebraska's most established retail corridors. The property includes a mix of regional and national tenants. The acquisition expanded Broad Reach Retail Partners' Midwest portfolio and added another necessity-based retail asset to its growing national platform.

Acquisition of Village Square of Delafield: Village Square of Delafield is an 81,639 square foot shopping center located within Milwaukee's Lake Country region. The property features a mix of national, regional and local tenants. The acquisition expanded Broad Reach Retail Partners' Midwest portfolio and furthered its strategy of acquiring necessity-based, grocery-anchored shopping centers in high-quality markets.

Refinancing of Hunt River Commons: Hunt River Commons is a 149,321 square foot shopping center located in the Providence-Warwick metropolitan area. The property includes a diverse mix of national tenants. The refinancing secured financing for the stabilized retail asset and established a new lending relationship for Broad Reach Retail Partners.

Acquisition of Marion Square Shopping Center: Marion Square is a 123,929 square foot shopping center with a roster of national tenants. The acquisition represents Broad Reach Retail Partners' first investment in West Virginia and aligns with the company's strategy of acquiring necessity-based, grocery-anchored retail centers in markets with stable demand and long-term growth potential.

Sale of Henderson Pointe Shopping Center to Four Front Realty Partners: Henderson Pointe is a 164,335 square foot shopping center in North Carolina. The property was acquired by Broad Reach in 2021 and subsequently redeveloped and remerchandised, increasing occupancy from 72 percent to 100 percent. The center was transformed into a fully leased, nationally anchored retail destination at the time of the sale.
