Traffic Crash Fatality – Bridford Parkway
GREENSBORO, NC (April 24, 2026) - A 29-year-old pedestrian died Thursday from injuries received in a collision April 15 on Bridford Parkway.
On April 15, at approximately 1:36 p.m., Greensboro Police responded to a vehicle crash with injuries in the 1300 block of Bridford Parkway. Officers determined a Ford Mustang was traveling north on Bridford Parkway, near the intersection for the Sportsman's Warehouse entrance, when it struck Tieisha Allred as she was crossing the intersection east to west against a traffic control device for her direction.
Allred, of Greensboro, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. She died of her injuries on Thursday (April 23).
The Greensboro Police Department's Crash Reconstruction Unit is handling the investigation.
