Qnovo Co-Founder Dania Ghantous Named a Winner of the FBW Strategic Leadership Excellence Award
Behind every breakthrough at Qnovo are the people who make it happen. Today, we're proud to celebrate one of them: our Co-Founder and VP of Technology, Dania Ghantous.
Founded by Women has named Dania a winner of its Q3 2026 Strategic Leadership Excellence award, which recognizes individual leaders with the strongest documented results in their category. Dania has more than 30 years of experience in algorithm development and batteries across industries, and she has been central to Qnovo's commercial growth. From smartphones to EVs and battery energy storage systems (BESS), she and her team develop the battery science at the core of Qnovo's software.
The award recognizes Dania's contributions to battery technology and her ability to lead teams to true firsts in innovation. It joins a long list of her accomplishments: inventor on more than 50 battery technology patents, one of the Top 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley, a recipient of the Women's World Awards for Excellence in Industry, and a Woman of the Year in Engineering and Technology.
