Updated site reflects SJC's brand promise: "Fly Simple."
San José, Calif. - San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) has revamped its website, flysanjose.com, offering travelers a clean, modern and mobile-first experience. The refreshed site puts essential information at users' fingertips and reflects SJC's brand promise: "Fly Simple." Last updated more than 10 years ago, the new site was built with direct input from passengers, airport partners and customer experience teams, helping travelers find what they need more quickly at Silicon Valley's official Airport - from flight status to parking availability, concessions, accessibility services and more.
Key features of the redesigned website include:
"The redesigned flysanjose.com brings SJC's customer experience mission to life," said San José City Manager Jennifer Maguire. "By streamlining access to real-time information and prioritizing mobile and accessible design, we're ensuring that all travelers can move through our Airport with confidence and ease. This is another example of the City's commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centered services for the community."
"SJC is consistently ranked among America's top mid-sized airports - and our digital front door should reflect that," said San José Mayor Matt Mahan. "Travelers near and far deserve a fast, modern and effortless online experience that matches what they find on the ground."
"Our goal was to create a simple, intuitive and accessible digital experience that reflects the ease of traveling through SJC," said Mookie Patel, Director of Aviation at San José Mineta International Airport. "The new flysanjose.com puts travelers first, helping them find what they need quickly, whether they're booking parking, browsing restaurants or navigating the terminal."
