New Workday Cloud Connect for Learning integration automatically synchronizes training records and keeps content up-to-date, reducing administrative effort

KnowBe4, a cybersecurity company specializing in digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans, today announced it has launched KnowBe4 for Workday Learning, a Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCL) integration. The integration enables organizations to deliver KnowBe4 security awareness and compliance training seamlessly through Workday Learning while automatically synchronizing records to reduce administrative overhead. As a Workday Innovation Partner, KnowBe4 has achieved the Workday Design Approved Integration badge.

KnowBe4 for Workday Learning connects KnowBe4's training library directly with Workday Learning, powered by Sana, giving organizations a streamlined way to manage security awareness training from within their existing learning ecosystem. With a single integration, customers can keep training content current, eliminate manual record reconciliation and maintain accurate, real-time training data within Workday Learning.

Key capabilities include:

• Real-time training record synchronization: KnowBe4 training activity and completion records are automatically updated in Workday Learning in near real time, helping organizations maintain accurate, audit-ready transcripts.
• Native catalog syncing: KnowBe4's training content catalog is integrated directly into the Workday Learning content picker and synced five days a week to help ensure organizations always have access to the latest training content.
• Seamless SSO access: Single sign-on from Workday to KnowBe4 lets learners launch training directly from their Workday dashboard, helping reduce dropoff caused by separate logins or portals.
