Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh presented his credentials to H.E. Luis Abinader, President of the Dominican Republic during a ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to the Dominican Republic.
During the presentation ceremony, both sides reaffirmed commitment to exploring avenues of collaboration in trade, investment, IT, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges to foster enduring friendship between Pakistan and the Dominican Republic.
Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh conveyed greetings and best wishes of Pakistani leadership to President Abinader and expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him.
President Abindar commended Pakistan's positive contribution to global peace and conveyed full support to our leadership in "their endeavors that were both noble and impactful".
