- Proposed conversion of one suite in an existing office building to pharmacy use

1. PSLU25-0010 (SPECIAL USE) is a request of 411 Physical Therapy to operate a pharmacy as a tenant within an existing office building at 23265 Northwestern Highway (Parcel 24-26-476-012), Southfield, Michigan.

E. 4 Parcels southwest of Edwards Avenue and Greenfield - Proposed conditional rezoning from P Parking and B-3 General Business to RM Multiple Family (Low Rise)

1. PCZR25-0003 (CONDITIONAL REZONING - PUBLIC HEARING) is a request of Abro Plaza Southfield LLC, to conditionally rezone the parking lot parcel on the south side of Edwards Avenue west of Greenfield (Parcel 24-12-479-031) and the west 20 feet of 29095-131 Greenfield (Parcels 24-12-480-025, -026 & -028), Southfield, Michigan from P Parking and B-3 General Business to RM Multiple Family (Low Rise).

2. PSP25-0007 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) is a request of Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, to construct a two-family attached residential building on a vacant lot on Westhaven Ave (Parcel 24-34-454-023), Southfield, Michigan.

G. 100-200 Galleria Officentre - Proposed conditional rezoning, special land use and site plan for demolition of existing office buildings and construction of a new Costco Wholesale warehouse store with fuel center

1. PCZR25-0004 (REZONING - PUBLIC HEARING) is a request of Costco Wholesale Corporation, to conditionally rezone 100 & 200 Galleria Officentre (Parcels 24-17-176-008 & -009), Southfield, Michigan from RC Regional Center to B-3 General Business.

2. PSLU25-0009 (SPECIAL USE - PUBLIC HEARING) is a request of Costco Wholesale Corporation, to construct and operate a gasoline station at 100 & 200 Galleria Officentre (Parcels 24-17-176-008 & -009), Southfield, Michigan.

3. H. Vacant parcel along the east side of Inkster Road between W 11 Mile Road and I-696 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) - Proposed development of a new data center

1. PSP25-0009 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) is a request of Metrobloks, LLC, to construct a new data center on a portion of a vacant parcel along the east side of Inkster Road between W 11 Mile Road and I-696 (Parcel 24-18-351-011), Southfield, Michigan.

J. Public Comment - A person addressing the Commission shall be limited to a period of three (3) minutes unless such period of time is extended by the presiding officer or by majority vote of the Commission.

The following Rules of Procedure have been established for all speakers:

  • No speaker may make personal or impertinent attacks upon any officer, employee, or Planning Commission member, that is unrelated to the manner in which the officer, employee, or Planning Commission member, performs his or her duties.
  • No person shall use abusive or threatening language toward any individual when addressing the Planning Commission.

Any person who violates this section shall be directed by the presiding officer to be orderly and silent. If a person addressing the Planning Commission refuses to become silent when so directed, such person may be deemed by the presiding officer to have committed a "breach of the peace" by disrupting and impeding the orderly conduct of the public meeting of the Planning Commission and may be ordered by the presiding officer to leave the meeting. If the person refuses to leave as directed, the presiding officer may take whatever actions are necessary to remove the person from the meeting.
